Bad business practises in Maspalomas

A few hospitality operators in Maspalomas have been accused by our customers of Mafia-like coercion on apartment owners not wishing to sell their properties to them. Of course, the purchase "offers" are usually ridiculous. The threats are generally based on the new regulations that don't allow to live in a tourist complex. Those regulations are suspended at the moment, but anyway you should look for legal advice if that is your case. Please contact us to assess if you should sue the operator.
